Processing Times:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods:
- Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, destination, and service.
- We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited options may be available.

Estimated Delivery (U.S.):
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Delivery windows are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations:
- We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
- No international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:
- Tracking details are emailed when your label is created.

Address Changes:
- Can be updated before a tracking number is issued.
- After shipment, contact the carrier directly.

Risk & Loss:
- Title and risk of loss transfer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
- For delays or lost shipments, contact the carrier first.

Damaged on Arrival:
- Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Approved claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
